I ordered the shirt along with other items the beginning of December as a present but when my order arrived there was no anyone in cherno shirt unfortunately. I instead received the navy blue frostline T-shirt. The size was correct and the shirt feels nice but it’s not what I ordered. I did try to reach out 3-4 different times and never got an answer besides an automated we’ll get back to you. So shirts feel alright and the 2XL I got for my husband was true to size but not the shirt it was supposed to be.

Unfortunately, the shirt is far too small. This is confusing because all other shirts I wear and have worn for my entire adult life have been XL. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this?
