Refund and Return Policy
Warranty
- EU Customers: All physical products come with a 24-month warranty.
- Non-EU Customers: All physical products come with a 12-month warranty.
Returns and Exchanges
- EU Customers: Returns and exchanges are accepted within the EU. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning items to our facility in the Czech Republic.
- Non-EU Customers: Return issues are handled individually based on the product and the customer's location. Please contact us for specific instructions.
Damaged Goods
- If you receive a damaged item, please notify the shipping company immediately.
- Additionally, send photos of the damaged package and contents to store@bistudio.com for further assistance.
Instructions for Returns (EU Customers)
- Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with the return.
- The return address will be provided after you notify us of your intention to return the item.
- Keep the tracking number from the return shipment for your records.
Please allow up to 14 calendar days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Digital Products
Refunds for digital products may be granted at our discretion. Customers can activate the purchased game, but refunds will only be considered if the game has not been played for more than 1 hour. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us via email at store@bistudio.com. Refund requests may also be deemed reasonable due to special circumstances.
Fraudulent Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that appear to be fraudulent or suspicious in nature.
