Terms of service

This Store policy amends Bohemia Terms and conditions and together governs the use of Bohemia Interactive Store ("Store") service.

Your purchase on the Store forms an agreement between You and Us. This agreement is drawn up in English and is concluded, when You complete your payment on the Store using one of the payment processors. The agreement will be stored by Us and You will not be entitled to access it. You may pay for your order with PayPal or by using an online Credit card payment.

Purchasing on the store is governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, especially sec. 2079 et seq. and sec. 1810 to 1840.

Your purchase and order will be confirmed by an email sent to the email address, which You set in your user profile.

All purchases are payable in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part, regardless of the payment method, except as expressly set forth in this Store policy.

You are entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reasons within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods. Your intention to withdraw from the purchase agreement must be delivered to us in an e-mail sent to store@bistudio.com. In the event of your withdrawal from the purchase, You agree that You will bear all shipping fees required to return the goods to Us.

You acknowledge that You are not entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement in the following cases:

1. The service that is the subject of the purchase was provided with your explicit consent prior to the expiration of the allowable withdrawal period; or

2. The goods You purchased were specifically modified according to your requirements; or

3. Audio and video records and computer programs if You have opened their original packaging; or

4. Digital goods were delivered to You with your explicit consent prior to the expiration of the allowable withdrawal period.

In exceptional cases we may, at our discretion, choose to refund your purchase even in cases, where You are not entitled to a refund by law. If You feel qualified for a refund, please contact us via e-mail to store@bistudio.com, but please understand that refunds will not be issued if your computer does not meet a game’s stated minimum requirements.

Certain purchases are subject to additional purchase terms (“Additional Terms”), which are attached as an appendix to this Store policy. These Additional Terms supplement and are incorporated into this Store policy. If you make such purchase, you agree to the applicable Additional Terms. If you make a purchase that is not subject to Additional Terms or use the Store in any other way, the applicable Additional Terms do not apply to You.

Further, by purchasing, You verify that You have read and understood additional Store information (available here), which is provided to You for your protection and based on Czech consumer protection legislation.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Store policy at any time. You will be subject to Store policy at all times during which You are using the Store.

 

Appendix: Additional Terms

These Additional Terms set forth below govern Your purchase of certain products on the Store. The Additional Terms supplement the Store policy and form an integral part thereof. In the event of any conflict between the Additional Terms and the Store policy, the Additional Terms shall prevail.

Additional Terms for the Purchase of Steam Keys

Personal Usage Only: Steam Keys available for purchase on the Store or purchased from the Store (“Steam Keys”) are intended for personal use only. Steam Keys are not to be resold or distributed for commercial purposes.

Purchase Limit: Each customer account is limited to purchasing a maximum of 5 Steam Keys of one individual game or DLC per month. Any purchases exceeding this limit may be subject to unilateral cancellation by Us.

Resale Prohibition: Reselling of Steam Keys outside of the Store is strictly prohibited. Customers found to be engaging in resale activities may have their orders cancelled and their accounts suspended by Us.
