My map arrived wrinkled and fraying, as damaged paper does, with faded ink. I reached out for a replacement, which BI provided, but they refused to cover the associated costs of getting it to me.
As an American, I understand the unfortunate truth of tariffs, so I paid the duty the first time. However, I should not have to pay the tariff a second time when the fault of a second shipment even occurring is with Bohemia Interactive. In the same way that shipping costs are not charged twice in this circumstance. I understand that tariffs are not under BI's control, but quality control IS under BI's control and should have been good the first time.
It is a nice gesture that Bohemia Interactive covered the cost of a second map and chose a clean one for me, but it is an empty gesture if they won't cover the costs to get that map to me. This is for other purchases in the US, if you do not get a good map the first time you are SOL.

No one states the size of this map... American this is "about" 23-3/8 inches by 22-1/4 inches, if you can find a protractor that has 1:25000 scale for the protractor
just like the protractor in game" your set. I laminated this map, so I can use wet erase, not dry erase markers, all I can say is I am not disappointed . This map is the real deal
Love using the real maps to navigate the battlefield. Going to have this framed with the DayZ map because they will look AMAZING on my walls
