As of August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs regulations have changed. Low-value shipments under 800 USD that were previously exempt from import duties (the so-called de minimis rule) are no longer automatically duty-free. This means that orders shipped to the United States, even in the range of USD $10–$500, may now be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs inspections.
Import Duties & Taxes
- The exact amount of duty depends on the product’s official tariff classification (HTS code). Usually it is between 2.5 % - 6 %.
- Some categories remain duty-free, while others may be charged a few percent or more.
- U.S. Customs determines the applicable rate at the time of import.
- Import duties and taxes are always the responsibility of the recipient (the U.S. buyer/consignee).
In addition to any government duties or taxes, shipping carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or Spring) typically charge a customs clearance or brokerage fee for processing your shipment through U.S. Customs.
- These fees are set by the carrier, not by us.
- They usually range from about $5 to $45 per shipment, depending on the carrier, the declared value, and the type of service required.
- The carrier will either invoice you directly or collect the fee at delivery.
- Your order total on our website does not include U.S. duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees.
- These additional costs may apply once the package arrives in the United States.
- To avoid surprises, please be prepared that the final landed cost (item price + shipping + duties + clearance fees) may be higher than the checkout amount.
Physical Products:
All physical products are shipped from the Czech Republic (European Union).
🇪🇺 EU & UK orders
• Taxes (VAT) are calculated at checkout.
• For UK orders under £135, VAT is collected at checkout.
• For UK orders over £135, the shipment is sent DAP — you may need to pay VAT and customs to local authorities upon delivery.
🌎 Rest of the world
• Orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place).
• Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

- Available to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Hong Kong, China, and the UK.
- Fast air shipment, particularly cost-effective for larger or heavier packages (above 1 kg).
