That means that you have the right to withdraw from a purchase transaction without charge and without giving any reason within 7 days following receipt of order confirmation. This does not apply to audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed or downloaded by the Customer or for the provision of services if performance has begun.
In exceptional cases we may, at our discretion, choose to refund the purchase to the Customer. If you feel qualified for a refund, please contact us via e-mail to email@example.com.
Refunds may only be offered, if the purchased Game has not been activated or the Game activation key has not been disclosed to you by e-mail or this Site. Refund requests may be found reasonable also due to special circumstances.
Please note, that refunds will not be issued due to your dissatisfaction with Goods or if your computer does not meet a game’s stated minimum requirements.
